kuala lumpur bird park

We promised the boys to go to the National Science Centre but it was closed for renovation so we diverted to the National Planetarium, Lake Garden. While looking for the Planetarium entrance, we had to go through the Bird Park. The kids went bouncing and screaming in the car to visit the KL Bird Park instead of the Planetarium.

So, we ended up at the Bird Park. I didn't realize the entrance fees was higher compared to the first time we went there and more expensive if we were to go to Planetarium.  *bye-bye money*

Planetarium Entrance Fee (with MyKad): Adult, RM6.00 and Child RM4.00 = RM28
Bird Park Entrance Fee (with MyKad): Adult, RM27.00 and Child RM13.00 = RM106

Goodbye RM78!!!

Of course going to a zoo/ bird park costs more because they have to feed the animals, medical, and other animal necessities, I guess.

The kids had fun.

1. Education station, Gallery and Bird School (to learn how to fly). Just kidding. There was egg incubation. and how the birds grew. But unfortunately we didn't get to see how the eggs hatch. We want to watch live.

2. This bird park is a free-flight walk-in aviary and you'll find some birds, various species, fly freely. Especially the blue peacock and the white-bill stork.

3. We found the DOPE!

DOPE Personality test: Doves, Owls, Peacocks and Eagle .Except we didn't get a photo with an eagle. Which one are you?

Dove – peaceful and friendly.
Owl – wise and logical.
Peacock – showy and optimistic.
Eagle – bold and decisive.

4. Ostrich, storks and the world of parrot.

Too bad we could wait for the Bird Show at the Amphitheater.

I don't mind spending for educational and experience purposes. This is the platform. How could they sustain if Malaysian wouldn't support them, right. You should visit at least once to Malaysia's own attractions.
