Monday, April 1st, the hall makeover! Actually, everything was already set up. Just need a few touch up. We need to bring down the photocopier, fax machine, test the LCD, set-up the printers etc, etc.
Besides all those machines and IT stuff, I had to arrange the table tags based on the current number of buyers. As of Friday, there were still withdrawals from the buyers and the number kept on increasing. I have pulled out the kits for that matter.
However, on Monday, we were informed by the LogComms that they (the withdraw buyers) checked-in the hotel. Say what?? It was fortunate that I didn't pull out any of the seatings. *phew*

The Hall Makeover: Registration Counter and Hanging Signages. |
The banquet chairs added from our store. |
Even though we outsourced the hanging signage, we made changes to the places. |
Just an act! |
That's the true guy behind hanging signages but we intend to interframe with his work. |
This was the most tiring task. Hanging up meeting schedules all over the hall. |
My feet was in so much pain that it left the shoes behind. |
So much better not having to walk. |
