MIHAS 2013: Handing over to the LogComm!
Saturday, March 30th. Of course we had to work overtime. MIHAS was just around the corner and we had no other time.
1) Finalized Buyer's Kit. Included in the last minutes programs. Sorted out by hotels the buyers will be registered in.
2) Started on the Seller's Kit. Insert the last minute Layout plan of the meeting venue.
3) Committee's Kit. Senior Management, Committee Head, Meeting Venue Comm, Logistic Comm, IT Support, Information Kit, Registration and Usherette, Liaison Officers, Interpreter, Facility Management, Client Service Executives and Pilots.
4) Handing over to the Logistic Committee. Rep: Azhar. They checked in that day. The first group of buyers will be arriving the next day. Good Luck in handling those buyers and kits. Will see you during the event.
After everything was settled that day, I was craving for another Boost. So, Wasila and I hurried to Publika to get one. Wasila had 3, 20% discount coupon! Yay!
On my way home, I went to shop for flats. I really need one during the event if my feet is going to survive the whole day.
There's plenty more to do on Monday!
