Logcom Duty: INSP MIHAS 2016
March 29th, 2016, was another year for Malaysia International Halal Showcase and it's International Sourcing Programme (INSP). The 13th event this year.
The INSP's one-on-one business meetings attended by 581 foreign buyer from 40 countries have met with 619 Malaysian exporters. That was 4,372 meetings arranged by our organization in one day. My team was responsible for the logistics.
Our KLIA (KLIA and KLIA 2) team was on standby receiving the foreign buyers from midnight of March 28th.
Our hotel team were working 24 hours making sure the buyers got checked-in to their rooms.
Our transport team arranging the buses, shuttles and escorts to the meeting.
Our HQ team, getting the buyers to the meeting venue and making sure they went back to the hotel safely.
