Continue the Rice and Ice Diet!

Remember I've written about my Fitness Programme? And then, there was this viral attack week. So I had to stop the Fitness Programme for the week. I, myself have caught the flu. InsyaAllah the flu have passed by us and it is time to continue 'my own self-oriented and customed Fitness Programme/ Diet.'

Oh, yeah. I've forgotten to update the results for the past training. With a bit of pride, I've loss 5kg...Hooray!

As promised, this week's doubles.

Ready to rock and rumble. OMG! I forgot, I can't start this week. I've got this ICC convention on Thursday, so we have to prepare everything by hook or by crook.
