Mister Brush!

Ikram loves brushing his teeth even when he's not in the bathroom. That's why his teeth is always clean. And he seldom eats candies, chocolate and anything too sweet. He'll brush his teeth every time he sees a toothbrush. Like in video below. He just got his toothbrush out his daycare bag.
