May Day! Atkin Day 15 - Day 28!

The phase 1 of Atkins was over. Now I can add nuts and fruits in my diet! Real relief! REALLY!!!


PHASE 2: Balancing.

I was so overjoyed on the first day of my second phase, I couldn't help to munch nuts all day!

Finally, FRUITS!

Ah! Finally, some sweetness down my throat. I made smoothies: spinach, pineapple, lemon and a drop of stevia.

Home made "Atkin-style" Kimchi!
