May Day: Atkin Day 8 - Day 14!
The first week of Atkin was a success with no CHEAT. Oh no! I did cheat on the 7th day because it was mother's day and we had lunch at a hotel.
The second week, I had almost the same menu as the first. Eggs, chicken, veggies, sometimes fish (salmon). Had to drink liters of plain water. No sweet stuff which I crave the most.
Remember, control and discipline is the key of success. No matter what your goals are. So, if you're in for it. Please plan and prepare. Meal prep really helps.
