Mr. INSTEP and Visiting Terengganu 2013!

Congrats to my lil Bro, Hijaz! For getting into INSTEP! We solute you!

The shortest timeline and preparation EVER! So will my post be!

He got the offer on Friday.

The offer letter and the list got into his email Saturday morning!

We left for Terengganu, Saturday noon.

IFTAR in Kemaman, 7 pm at Laguna Ikan Bakar. Of course we had to eat seafood. That's what special in Terengganu.

But the best ever meal was the Ayam Tempayan! Seriously the best. The stall is just next to Laguna Ikan Bakar. There was a long queue and we were curious that we had to investigate. It cost RM12 for half a chicken but the spices and taste I had never tasted before and "WOW" so delicious. Writing about it made is mouth watering.

Moving on...

That was our first time in Terengganu, so nobody was familiar with the roads. I had to download GPS on my mobile. Waze, it is. The best navigator on my list. And it's friendly too. So far it is trusted and reliable.

Arrive Kuala Terengganu, midnight. And check-in the hotel. I can't believe Seri Malaysia is not in the GPS. The address we looked for was impossible to find. Please enter Kampung Cina, Kuala Terengganu in the GPS if you ever wanna go there.

Irfan loves hotels so much that he was awake til late night and was so sad when we had to leave the first thing in the morning.

We left for INSTEP, Sunday, 8 morning. It took us about 20 minutes from Seri Malaysia to Batu Rakit.

Hijaz's registration, Sunday, 9 morning.

It was a small island and was decorated with brightly colored trees. Just like iCity.

We'll never miss this chance. A must visit place in Terengganu.

The most well recommended Keropok Lekor Stall. RM5 per pack.

Left for Kuantan, 1 pm.

Short stop at Marang, Terengganu for some Satar.

The best view. The beach as the yard is absolutely peaceful. I wish my home is like this. We'll definitely coming back.

Coincidentally, it was Visit Terengganu for 2013. We were definitely visiting. Unfortunately we could enjoy more with such limited time. We'll come back with Hilda and Hilma next time.
