We've attended this 3 days course to complete our Procedure Manual.There were several parts of the module to do but Amy and I ended up just doing the job scope for the entire unit (Admin Unit).
Procedure Manual is a strategic link between the organization's vision and the day-to-day operations. A good and complete Manual allow the employees (including me) to understand our roles and responsibilities. Sitting down like this will allow us to spell out the process and eliminate misunderstandings, job redundancies and establish boundaries.

| Tsk...tsk... what is there about this course to smile about? He's just joking around not paying attention to the speaker. So did I. Actually the speaker was really an experienced one and we did got lots of advices from him. But there were times we had to make jokes to keep our eyes and mind open. ^_^ |

| We almost finalized our MPK and FM. We can't wait to update our Head of Unit. ;P |
We will have to do a presentation / a "sharing is caring" session to the whole unit next week, perhaps.
