The obvious mistake everyone make

Isn't it obvious? I don't understand why people don't seem to care about the signs. I come to understand that not everyone are visually aware. Meaning, they might be an audio person. Everything must be told and reminded face-to-face, verbally. Written communication is a "no no" to these sort of people. It's like they are from a totally different country.

And this apply to one of my family members. Isn't it obvious??
